Layerz AI role

Layerz is a financial modeling and calculation workspace. AI can assist with model creation, editing, formulas, explanations and scenarios. AI does not make binding decisions, final recommendations, credit decisions, insurance decisions, HR decisions, investment decisions or legal, tax or accounting conclusions.

AI Act positioning

Standard use is intended as assistance and simulation, not automated decision-making. Most standard uses should usually be minimal or limited risk. A customer use case may become high-risk if outputs are used for credit scoring, lending, insurance, employment, access to essential services or other decisions affecting natural persons.

Human oversight

• Every AI-generated model or change remains editable and reviewable.
• Users must validate assumptions, source data, formulas, outputs and exports.
• AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

Traceability

Layerz keeps model history and auditability features. The planned AI activity log should record the user, model, timestamp, AI provider/model, action type, prompt or summary, referenced data, output or summary and affected model changes, with retention limits disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible use boundaries

• Do not use Layerz as the sole basis for decisions affecting individuals.
• Do not use Layerz for social scoring, manipulation or prohibited AI practices.
• If you use outputs in regulated workflows, you must add your own controls, documentation and human review.

AI literacy and security

ABVentures SAS trains team members who operate, configure or support AI features. The service uses authentication, API key handling, access controls, model confidentiality practices, log redaction and security monitoring appropriate to its current stage.
